Meet Trevor Dunphy, MScPT Physiotherapist | Movement Specialist

Trevor graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy. As a former varsity soccer player and avid runner, Trevor understands the importance of movement—whether it’s returning to sport, overcoming injury, or simply enjoying an active lifestyle. He is passionate about helping people of all ages and fitness levels reach their goals and rediscover a love for movement. He now enjoys working with patients in both English and French, making care accessible and comfortable for everyone.

Biomedical Dry Needling

Intramuscular needling techniques and electro-dry needling for treatment of stubborn trigger points/tight muscles and to stimulate muscle memory for inactive muscles.

Sports Physio

Specialized rehab following sports related injuries with tailored return to play planning, taping and strapping services available on-site and sideline coverage at certain events in collaboration with sports teams and organizations in the community.

Running Assessments / Treatment

In collaboration with running coaches and groups in the community, offering running assessments for the treatment and prevention of running related injuries to help achieve your running goals.

Vestibular & Balance Rehab

Assessment and treatment for acute BPPV (positional vertigo) as well as assessments to determine fall risk and recommendations for use of gait aids.

Concussion Assessment

Using ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) criteria, able to diagnose head injuries and help guide patients through recovery and return to activity.

Diagnostic Imaging

Special authorization through the PEI College of Physiotherapists to order x-ray images when appropriate.
